Javier Saviola's agent Alfredo Kamprera has claimed Arsenal and Bolton are interested in signing the Argentina striker.
Panathinaikos and PSV Eindhoven are also interested in the 25-year-old but according to Kamprera, the Barcelona player will consider only Spain or England as destinations.
"There is a proposal from Panathinaikos, as there are from other teams. One of them is Arsenal, while there is also interest from Bolton," Kamprera told Greek sports daily Sport Day.
"Our priority is for Javier to remain in Spain or go to England, because he is interested in the quality of the football.
"Greece is not first choice as the league is not the same quality as in other countries."
According to Barcelona daily El Mundo Deportivo the European champions are willing to let Saviola go in a permanent deal, but want 6million Euros for him.
The World Cup star is surplus to requirements at the Nou Camp - having spent the last two seasons out on loan at Monaco and Sevilla.
PSV boss Ronald Koeman needs Saviola because he fears losing Peruvian star Jefferson Farfan to Portsmouth for a fee of 12million Euros.
He tried to sign the Argentina star for Benfica last season, but on that occasion failed to seal a deal.
Now negotiations between Barcelona and PSV are ongoing and Saviola must still agree personal terms with the Dutch champions.
