Illustrative account data

For handloaders

From component lot to measured result.

Manage recipes and workups, deduct the exact components used, follow brass cycles, and connect target and chronograph results to the batch that produced them. Track component cost per round and compare it with a factory-ammunition price you enter to estimate savings.

No handloading required

A complete range log for factory-ammo shooters.

Add firearms, track factory-ammunition boxes and lots, log each trip, and let ArsenalHQ update remaining rounds, firearm round counts, and barrel-life progress. Keep target and accuracy results connected so you can compare performance across range trips.

From the range to your records

Built around what actually happens at the range.

One continuous record

Log it once. Inventory and firearm totals update automatically.

ArsenalHQ is built around the full ammunition lifecycle, reducing duplicate entry while keeping every deduction and round count connected to what actually happened.

Range Days for any ammunition

Quick-log one or several firearms with handloads or factory ammunition. ArsenalHQ deducts the rounds used and keeps optional targets, weather, notes, and velocity data with the trip.

Ammunition inventory that updates itself

Track factory-ammunition boxes and lots alongside handload batches. Saving a Range Day reduces the correct ammunition, while a loading session deducts selected components and adds finished rounds.

Firearm history without another log

Every saved Range Day updates each firearm’s lifetime round count and progress toward the barrel-life estimate you set. Review accuracy and velocity results across trips for the firearm that produced them.

Complete handload development

Keep recipes, component lots, loading history, brass cycles, target groups, and chronograph results connected. Compare workup rungs by charge weight, MOA, average velocity, SD, and ES. Import Garmin ShotView, LabRadar, or generic velocity CSV files, or enter shots manually.

Designed for trust

Your private records stay separated.

Your recipes, inventory, firearms, and range history stay inside your account unless you deliberately share something. You can also download your records or delete your account from Settings.

Why ArsenalHQ was built

ArsenalHQ started with a familiar problem: keeping up with ammunition inventory and round counts across multiple firearms and calibers had become a chore. After every range trip, ammunition totals, firearm round counts, and accuracy data all had to be entered into a spreadsheet by hand. It worked, but it was cumbersome. ArsenalHQ was built to provide a more intuitive place to track ammunition, firearms, and the performance history of each one over time.

Private by default

Recipes, inventory, firearms, and range history are isolated per account.

Portable records

Download your account data instead of being trapped in one tool.

Share only when you choose

Recipe sharing is opt-in; the rest of your vault remains private.

Safety-forward

Record keeping only. Never presented as authoritative load guidance.

Start with your next trip to the range.

Add a firearm, track factory-ammunition boxes or a handload, and log your first Range Day. ArsenalHQ’s getting-started checklist guides the rest.
