Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using ArsenalHQ, you agree to these terms. You must be legally permitted to possess and use the equipment and information you record, and you are responsible for complying with the laws and rules that apply to you.
Record-keeping software, not load data
ArsenalHQ stores and calculates information entered by users. It is not a reloading manual, ballistic authority, firearms instructor, or substitute for current published data from reputable component manufacturers. Never treat another user’s shared recipe, a calculated value, or an ArsenalHQ display as proof that a load is safe.
Your safety responsibilities
You are solely responsible for verifying every component, measurement, unit, firearm, and procedure; following current manufacturer instructions; starting within published guidance; recognizing pressure signs; and using appropriate training and protective equipment. Stop if any value or result appears inconsistent.
Your content
You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant ArsenalHQ the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that information to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and for any sharing link you enable.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with security controls, upload malicious material, scrape private data, or use ArsenalHQ to facilitate unlawful activity.
Launch-stage service
ArsenalHQ is in its initial launch stage. Features may change, interruptions may occur, and errors may exist. Keep independent backups of information that is important to you; account exports are available in Settings.
Availability and account action
ArsenalHQ may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or comply with law. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ArsenalHQ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ArsenalHQ and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for injury, property damage, data loss, or loss arising from reliance on user-entered or displayed reloading information. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent through the support contact published by ArsenalHQ.
