Privacy Notice

Information ArsenalHQ handles
Account information includes your email address, username, authentication records, and account timestamps. Product data includes the recipes, component lots, firearms, range records, notes, target images, and other information you choose to save. Basic technical and usage information may also be processed to operate, secure, and understand the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure your account, sync and display your records, send transactional account email, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and improve ArsenalHQ. ArsenalHQ does not sell your personal information.
Service providers
ArsenalHQ uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions; Vercel for hosting; Google Analytics for consent-based public-page usage analytics; and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Analytics
Google Analytics remains off unless you select Allow analytics. If allowed, it may use first-party cookies to measure public-page visits and limited events such as calculator use and signup-button clicks. ArsenalHQ does not track authenticated vault routes or send firearm names, calibers, ammunition details, target data, range locations, recipe names, calculator values, usernames, email addresses, or user IDs to Google Analytics. Query parameters are removed from reported page addresses. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. You can change your choice at any time with the Analytics preferences button in the footer.
Sharing and public links
Your vault is private by default. If you deliberately enable a recipe sharing link, the limited recipe information shown at that link can be viewed by anyone who receives it. Do not publish information you want to remain private.
Retention and deletion
Records remain available while your account is active. You can export your data or request permanent account deletion from Account Settings. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup rotation.
Security
ArsenalHQ uses account authentication, row-level database access controls, and transport encryption. No online service can promise absolute security, so use a unique password and protect access to your email account.
Your choices
You may review and update your username, email, and password; export your account data; control recipe sharing; or delete your account from Account Settings. Privacy requests can also be sent through the support contact published by ArsenalHQ.
Changes
This notice may change as ArsenalHQ adds providers, paid plans, or new features. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
